What OS options are available for VPS?+
Linux: Ubuntu 20.04 LTS, Ubuntu 22.04 LTS, Debian 11, Debian 12, AlmaLinux 8/9, Rocky Linux 8/9, CentOS Stream 9, Fedora 39.

Windows: Windows Server 2019 Standard, Windows Server 2022 Standard and Datacenter editions. Available on Standard and Advanced plans. Windows licensing fee is included in the price.
How do I connect to my VPS after ordering?+
Linux VPS: Connect via SSH using your terminal or PuTTY: ssh root@YOUR.SERVER.IP. Credentials are emailed on provisioning.

Windows VPS: Use Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP). On Windows, open Remote Desktop Connection. On Linux/Mac, use Remmina or FreeRDP. Connect to your server IP with the provided Administrator credentials.

We strongly recommend changing your root/admin password and setting up SSH key authentication immediately after first login.
What happens when I exceed my transfer allowance?+
Your VPS will not be suspended or throttled when you exceed your transfer limit. Overage is billed at $0.01 USD per GB. You'll receive email alerts at 80% and 100% of your allocation so you can monitor usage. Overages are charged at the end of your billing period.
Can I install Hestia Control Panel on my VPS?+
Yes. On a Linux VPS you can install Hestia CP with a single command:

Can I upgrade my VPS plan?+
Yes — VPS plans can be upgraded (Basic → Standard → Advanced) at any time from your WHMCS client area. Downgrades are not available after provisioning as resources are allocated. If you need a smaller plan, you can migrate your data to a new VPS and cancel the original.
Is there a managed VPS option?+
Yes. We offer a managed add-on for VPS plans. With managed, our team handles OS security patching, updates, monitoring, and emergency response. The add-on fee is charged monthly. Contact our sales team for managed VPS pricing.
